Shipping

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery times

• Italy: 24/48 hours from dispatch.
• International: 5/7 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are indicative and may be longer for islands and remote areas, during holiday periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.

Tracking

All shipments are tracked: when your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

On delivery

Check the parcel before signing. If the packaging is damaged or has been opened, accept the delivery "subject to inspection" (with reservation), describing the damage to the courier, and write to us within 48 hours at info@kartcommerce.com with some photos.

Shipping outside the European Union

For destinations outside the EU, any duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the recipient.
