What are cookies?

Technical cookies (always active)
These are necessary for browsing and purchasing, and do not require consent. Without them the website does not work properly.
- Cart and checkout (Shopify: for example cart, cart_sig, cart_ts, checkout_session_token): remember the products in your cart and allow you to complete your order. Duration: from session to 2 weeks.
- Session and security (for example _shopify_essential, secure_customer_sig, keep_alive): keep you logged in to your account and protect against fraud. Duration: from session to 1 year.
- Preferences (localization): remember the language and country you have chosen. Duration: 2 weeks.
- Cookie choices (_tracking_consent, _cmp_a): remember whether you have accepted or rejected non-technical cookies. Duration: up to 1 year.
- Payments: payment providers (Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay) may use technical cookies when you use their buttons or complete a payment.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
- Shopify Analytics (for example _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _shopify_sa_t, _shopify_sa_p, _landing_page, _orig_referrer): help us understand how the website is used (pages visited, where visits come from, products viewed) in aggregate form, so that we can improve it. Duration: from 30 minutes to 1 year.
Chat
The website chat (Shopify Inbox) stores in your browser the information needed to keep the conversation going, only if you choose to use it.
Marketing cookies
At present the website does not use profiling or advertising cookies (for example Google Ads or Meta Pixel). If they are introduced in the future, they will only be activated with your consent and this page will be updated.
How to manage your consent
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or reject non-technical cookies. You can change your mind at any time by deleting the cookies from your browser: the banner will be shown again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge); if you block technical cookies, some features, such as the cart, may not work.
