Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason.

How to make a return

1. Write to info@kartcommerce.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and the products you wish to return. You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.
2. We will reply with the address to send the return to.
3. Send the products back, well packaged, within 14 days of notifying us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Condition of the products

• Products must be intact, unused and not fitted, complete with their packaging and accessories.
• Tyres: not mounted on rims and not used on track.
• Lubricants and fluids: sealed packaging that has never been opened.
• Electronics (for example MyChron): complete with all components and the original packaging.

If a returned product turns out to have been used, fitted or damaged, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss in value.

Refund

The refund is issued once the product has been returned to us and inspected. We refund the price of the products and the original shipping costs (up to the cost of standard shipping), using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; as provided by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or proof that they have been sent back.

Defective, damaged or wrong product

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or different from the one you ordered, write to us with your order number and some photos: in this case the return is at no cost to you and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as provided in the Warranty.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

• Purchases made by businesses and professionals (with a VAT number).
• Customised products or products made to the customer's specific request.
• Sealed products which, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned if opened after delivery.
